@kristascout35 so i tried it on just to see how it fit and i’m a medium. it fit, but it wasn’t oversized for me… so i would think for a small, it would then be oversized?! i hope that makes sense! all in all, i believe it would be an oversized fit if you wear and small and not a medium!
