Say What Burgundy & Black Marled Ribbed Cowl Neck Long Sleeve Bodycon Dress. Plus Size 3X(approx size 22). Sleeves have split hem detail at wrist. I BELIEVE this is a cowl neck, but it very well may be an off the shoulder style as well. It works on my mannequin both ways. New without tag(plastic hang tag is attached but paper tag is gone). Pit to pit is 19" relaxed and 26" stretched. Hip to hip is 19 1/2" and stretches to 27". Length is approx 38" from top of shoulder to hem. Smoke free home.
