NWT Zara Blue Fringe Dress

This is the viral Zara blue fringe dress NWT! Note two issues 1- the button for closure around the neck is missing (but can easily be replaced) and 2- the fringes are a tangled mess. They will untangle fine, I just don't have the patience to do it myself. OTHER than those two things, the dress is perfect.
