Vintage 70s Orange Floral Ruffle Summer Dress

Vintage 70s Nadine Orange Floral Ruffle Sleeveless Summer Dress Size 13. High low hem. Ruffle accents. Off white color with green and orange flowers. No stretch. Zips in the back. Seam at hem is loose. There is lots of fraying on inside of dress. This make zipper difficult. Super long waist ties. I wrapped around mannequin multiple times. Union made. Item seems more 50’s and 60’s style, but dating off of union label as 70’s.
