Urban outfitters BDG ivory Puffer Vest Size S-P

This is in great condition! No rips tears or stains. It has a light makeup mark on the collar, should come out in a wash. Measures 23” from the neck to the bottom of the vest on the back and 24” armpit to armpit. It seems like an oversized Small to me.
