Vintage Y2K Deb Seafoam Rhinestone Beaded Strapless Tulle Prom Dress NWT XS Prom dress / formal gown with a fully embellished bodice covered in Aurora Borealis rhinestones (iridescent rainbow sparkle) and beadwork. Ruched satin waist detail. Boning on bodice. A full long skirt with a soft 2 layer tulle overlay. Followed by a a satin lining and a tulle lining for added volume. New with tags attached.
