Brand new with tags . Does have one problem, a light stain on front of bag. That is from being stored and color transferred on to it. So it won’t come off. However, you can get a white paint or something white and put it on it. I would do that if I were keeping the bag. Beautiful tote overall. It is floral embossed and it’s never been used. Also has a white bow on front of it. This bag is a zip top bag. I tried to take pics in different lighting so you can see the stain. In my opinion it’s not that bad because the bag is brand new and looks so good everywhere else but it’s there. All sales final and sold as is. Has silver hardware. Soft tote not stiff. Also has a middle compartment that zips. Great bag. There is a pocket on outside of bag too!
