Woven 97% cotton/3% Spandex zip front bra top. Straps are adjustable with buckles at the back of the shoulders. Flat measurement across the bottom is about 15.25", and it will stretch to nearly 16". It's about 7.5" up the center seam of the bust; the band across the back is 3.5" tall. As shown, the shoulder straps are 16" long. It'll adjust about an inch longer or shorter. In great condition.
