dealdivadeals @pearlsposh recent changes affecting closet views 🕵️‍♀️ ... The filter button (funnel icon) now defaults to "Relevance", which is buyer-focused for a more personalized experience. So, we each see another's closet based on our own likes and search history. Everyone is seeing the same closet differently. Sharing the top ten listings sorted by the default "Relevance" is now random.

dealdivadeals @pearlsposh For a more accurate Top 10 share request, we now need to manually switch the sort filter for each closet from "Relevance" to "Just Shared", similar to the way Just In share groups work.

sarahs567 @needfulthyngs Thank you I appreciate that!! My closet order is not charging regardless of what I do or change. It keeps going back to the same items same order whenever anyone opens my closet. I’ve had a friend check the last 3 days. So I need to ask for specifics in share groups. Tysm again.

dealdivadeals @sarahs567 my understanding is that this filter update affects all sharing, whether a share group or an exchange share; directly when there is a specific request where the current default sort of Relevance needs to be switched to another option, such as Just Shared or Just In. With this update, currently, Sellers don't have the option of making a global change to the sorting of their own closet. Closet views are now organized by buyer preferences, see my earlier messages above.

sarahs567 @dealdivadeals I’ve asked 5 different people and they all see the same items in the same order the last few days in my closet. My funnel is always on just shared each time I open it. Yet if I change up the sharing it doesn’t matter in my closet. I keep changing the funnel to say just in or relevant but it’s not sticking. The best now will be for me to ask for specifics in sharing groups for now. If you get any more information on how to change things please share tysm 🤗♥️

needfulthyngs @sarahs567 Yes, I agree with you 100%. That is exactly what has been happening to me as well. It almost feels as if Posh is making it more & more difficult to sustain the old model of sharing and making sales. They are forcing everyone to move into the live shows be it for buying or selling. It is sad to see the gold old platform just fade away day by day. ☹️

sarahs567 @needfulthyngs I totally agree with you too! Yet I watch those shows and see people up for 8-12-24 hours selling. And even if you have 100 sales at $3-5 an item it’s just not worth the time and the packaging and shipping of it all. Very few get descent prices and they too are on daily and long hours.

sarahs567 @needfulthyngs I don’t know how to even do a live plus it requires multiple devices 2?? I think we need to all write in to posh support to request the control of our closet items and placement. I’ve written already. 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ Tysm for replying it’s so frustrating to just make a little extra money for necessary living. 🙏

dealdivadeals @sarahs567 yes, there seem to be a lot of variables here, could be a rollout so not affecting everyone the same way, browser version vs app, app updates, etc. The sorting filters do not stick; they revert back to whatever the program defaults are and need to be manually changed for each closet share. Definitely annoying. 🍋🍋▶️🍸🍹🥤
