Chloé Ultramarine Blouse. It features long balloon sleeves with an embroidered lace trim and a crew neck. The top is made from 100% cotton material. The style of the top has been described as a "french terry jersey sweatshirt" with "broderie anglaise" sheer lace sleeves. The color of the top is navy blue, often referred to as ultramarine. It does appear almost black and sleeve has a lighter navy on cuff (see pics). In good used condition- no holes or stains.
