♡INC Dress With Silk Ruffles Size PET Small♡

Bought this from a great poshmark seller. It's a petite small. Cream colored silk ruffles on the bottom half, so pretty and feminine. It's just a tiny bit too tight for me. It's approximately 30 inches from shoulder to hem. There are skirt extenders also to lengthen hem if you want. Otherwise its not too short to wear as is as a mini dress, at least for me, 5'5".
