Purchased at vintage wedding boutique in 2010. The ruffled tulle skirt is fabulous. The bodice needs work. Waist is small but bust is roomy. Mannequin measures 32” bust, 25” waist, 34” hips.
In pics/video on real person, I’ve taken down the straps and clipped the bodice.
