Color is putty w/patina. Leather is soft. Interior is clean&soft. All hardware is in good condition. No bad odors. No signs of mold. I already put a lot of work into the bag so the next owner has a good jump start. Condition issues: -Wear on binding/edges -Breaks in binding at stress points, w/wear at the other stress points -Some scuffs/scratches -Some pen streaks in interior -Pen streak on exterior slip pocket but is covered by flap when closed. -Water (or light oil?) marks on bottom of bag -Darker marks (oil stains?) on front slip pocket & front bottom trim. - Loose stitching on part of the flap trim under the nose, caused trim to detach a bit. Used leather cement to neatly glue the binding/trim back in place but it wouldn't hurt to put some additional stitches in. What I've done so far: - Thoroughly treated bag & strap w/white distilled vinegar as precaution Exterior: - Conditioned w/Bick 4, rest. - Cleaned w/saddle soap & distilled water. Let dry then conditioned w/Bick 4 again, rest. - Conditioned again w/Bick 4 in some of the drier areas. Buffed w/horsehair brush. Interior suede - Cleaned w/castile soap foam diluted in distilled water, let dry, gently brushed w/suede brush Conditioned strap w/Bick 4 & strap is pliable, but could probably use another round of conditioning.
