Billabong Meant to Be Blouse Very flattering, flowy blouse with a very cute floral print. Worn once by me to a music festival. Purchased this past year at the Billabong store in Whistler. Was lucky enough to scoop the last one that day before it sold out. Laundered and ready for the next person to wear. No flaws to note.
