Black Label Ralph Lauren Silk Skirt

Gorgeous chocolate brown black label Ralph Lauren flowy ruffle skirt 100% silk Size 4 Waist 13” The waist is elastic. Could also be pulled up and worn as a dress. The strings in the pics are for a hanger they are NOT straps. There is a light pick on the waist and the tag came undone on one side. I didn’t re-attach it because I don’t want to damage the fabric:) Aside from that it’s in great condition!!
