Antique 1930's navy blue silk velvet dress

I absolutely love the rich navy color here. This is in a super soft silk velvet. There are no labels but this is well made and very wearable. The fabric on the left underarm area is a little thin, and easily tearable, this will need to be reinforced in order to wear. I made 3 tiny repairs in the skirt that you cant see easily but they are there. This comes from a smoke free/ pet free home. B-19in W-13in H-20in
