Upcycled Quilt Star Vintage Black Crew Neck Sweater S • M • L

I found a vintage *new with tags* sweater and gave it a wash because it was probably in someone's basement for decades. The sweater has a made in Canada tag and is 50% cotton 50% polyester. I made the patchwork sawtooth star with vintage fabric. The beige fabric had a made in canada tag, the blue fabric didn't have a tag but feels very vintage to me. Perfect combo for vintage lovers! I removed the elastic band at the hem and left the edge raw. The elastic seemed way too small for the sweater and I like how a raw hem looks on sweaters. Pit to pit: 24.5 inches Centerback: 20 inches
