INC International Concepts long sleeve top, Medium

Beautiful blouse from INC International Concepts n size Medium. Color is black or a very, very dark navy base. There are designs in white with a pink/magenta outline. Decorative silver zippers at each side in front where breast pockets would be. There are three dots visible from the inside of the garment near the tag. It led me to think that there might be a pull or a run in it, but there’s absolutely no evidence of this on the outer side.
