This is a Unique Vintage Blouse by designer U.D.T (Un Deux Trois) in Size Small. White long-Sleeves Top with an Oversized fit, long, and flowy both in body and sleeves. Button-up in front with wide, flowy collar. The material is polyester and feels like a thin crepe fabric. Designed to be creased all over but this top is also wrinkled from storage.
