Most likely because it’s a little heavy and very tolerable in a size 2 but going to bigger sizes would be way too much weight wise. Like most Mac Duggal dresses, if you are under 5’10, you have to get Maxi’s hemmed. There are a few beads missing and you can use the beads from the hemmed material to put them back.
