Not altered runs like a typical size 2 maybe on the smaller side. Only thing that was added was the embellishment.

Actually, yes! The hem was altered. I am 5’5 and wore about 4 inch heels. However, I paid extra to make sure to keep the structured hem band at the bottom so it’s exactly the same.
