Floral Button-Up Dress

1950s puckered cotton shirt waist dress with floral woman paisley. The piece appears to be homemade. It has a metal side zipper and buttons on the bodice. Please note there are 2 buttons missing. The waist is pleated. There is a seam out along the waist as pictured The condition is great, no stains or smells The measurements are: 19” pit to pit 15” waist 45” total length 28”” length from the waist to the hem with another at least 2” to let down
