Authentic Vintage Linen Dress 50s 60s

This is an authentic Vintage dress. I am guessing anywhere from the 40s to the 60s. linen. dark navy blue. excellent condition except for what seems like a white stain on the arm. possibly paint? I haven't tried removing it. once I realized it didn't fit (I was very sad) I decided to leave as is. metal zipper at the side and faux buttons as decor on front. No stretch though. 17" pit to pit 13" across waist 18" across hips
