lisaloves11 Ahhh I just figured out a way! I hate the dress. I just posted. Scroll through the photos and I put a picture of it on the very last one. I knew the minute I saw that tie that I had those stamps so I had to go dig for them. I have several different ones like them from different years different stamps of course cause I worked for the post office.! so it was 1999 January that those came out I had to Google it
