Handmade upcycled blue and white full circle skirt with flounce & ruffle, Size M

Stylish blue and white full circle skirt with floral and geometric patterns. This floral and geometric full circle skirt was handmade by me from a thrifted tablecloth, and other thrifted fabrics in the flounce. All seams, including the hem, are serged. I added an elasticated waistband, which will stretch from 30" to 38”. I CAN ALSO ADJUST THE ELASTIC TO A SMALLER OR SLIGHTLY LARGER MEASUREMENT, AFTER PURCHASE, BEFORE SHIPPING. Skirt length is 32”. Machine wash and dry. Custom orders accepted.
