Protect A Bed Sleep Well King Partial Kit- Includes 2 Pillow Protectors & 1 Mattress Protector. PLEASE NOTE- THIS IS A PARTIAL KIT. IT INCLUDES KING MATTRESS PROTECTOR (Protector Covers top and sides-not the bottom) and 2 KING PILLOW PROTECTORS. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE MATTRESS ENCASEMENT. We are keeping the encasement that was originally in this kit. I purchased new for a new king bed. The protector has a waterproof membrane on the top section- the edges are mesh to go around mattress edges and are not waterproof. I didn’t use the 2 Pillow protectors. We use standard size pillows so we don’t need the King Pillow Protectors. They are very wrinkled. I used the mattress protector on top of a brand new king bed and it was over the mattress encasement with a new mattress pad on top of the mattress protector. My husband hated it since it has a plastic type feel. We took it off after one or two nights. It’s very wrinkled, may have imperfections and IT HAS SOME OF OUR DOGS PET FUR ON IT. Our dog was never on this directly since this protector was covered with a new mattress topper and then also witha new sheet set. However, Her FUR somehow got on it! I had this set outside its package on a dresser in our bedroom for a few weeks before putting it back in the plastic zip case so I’m assuming that’s how her fur got on it. The plastic zippered case has sticky residue on it from price tags. Any measurements are rough approximate measurements and colors may be off because of lighting.
