I obtained this piece at auction and believe the previous owner must have added another Coach keychain to the picture frame charm. It’s actually really cool looking together. Red signature embossed patent leather picture frame charm is trimmed is fuscia leather with a pink cutout heart charm. Silver tone hardware. The additional charm has two flowers with rhinestone centers, and a yellow butterfly with a rhinestone butterfly, along with two mini Coach hang tag charms. The butterfly is missing a stone.
