It shows signs of use, there are callouts all shown in photos: spots on the flap exterior, the small straps on the flap are not flat and one is folded up more than the other, there are marks/possible color transfer on the back along the trim, and a small spot toward the bottom of one side. The zipper and snaps are fully functional and the crossbody strap is intact with no fraying. However, the strap does twist a bit at the end as shown in a photo. The interior lining is intact. The rings below the straps are intact. The small straps on the flap can be placed through the rings for extra security - I did not photograph it that way as I am limited on how many photos I can include.
