Belted mini skort

Super cute just a little too big for me. Pleather material, belt opens in the front but cannot be removed. Soft shorts underneath! Small stain on back half of the pleather material (shown in picture) you cannot see it while wearing, I believe it’s from the manufacturing because I never worn this skort!
