925 Sterling Silver Turquoise Ring w. multicolor design Size 8

This is a beautiful sterling silver ring with a large turquoise stone, and turquoise, red and black colors around the center stone (not sure if those are enamel or stones). The ring is size 8 and is stamped 925 Thailand.
