Stunning black sparkle dress with diamante back bar from the Canadian Designer Frank Lyman. This dress is predominately black with a subtle sparkle running all over it. The back of the dress has a deep cowl neck with a mesh panel running over it, at the base of the mesh there is a wide diamante band giving an amazing feature to the dress.
