This is a cute shorts set by Pixar bought at Hot Topic. It features a floral print with music notes and images from the movie Coco. The top has a big ruffle and can be worn on or off the shoulder. The neckline has elastic. The waist area has wide smocked elastic and is very stretchy. The shorts are pull on with elastic at the back of the waistband.
