Vintage Unisex, Size 13 Solid Sterling Silver ring - Engravable!

I got this beauty from an estate! It's roughly a size 13, but I think anyone could really wear it (if that's your ring size). I didn't know what kind of metal it was, so I acid tested for sterling silver, and sure enough, it tested positive, even though it's not marked. The thickest point is about 14mm. My guess is that you could have this engraved and it would be a great gift for someone! Please inspect and enlarge the pictures to assess the condition of the item for yourself.
