Velvet by Anthropologie balloon sleeve loose textured shirt

Beautiful deep burgundy shirt by Velvet for Anthropologie. Arms are loose with elastic at end of 3/4 sleeve and are a soft textured material. The body is 100% cotton and is also loose fitting *update- i have reduced the price because I noticed a small pinhole at the upper right hand corner and a few spots on the front.
