Zara white sheer polka dot organza blouse with puffed sleeves and a collar. It is described as a "Swiss dot" organza blouse and so beautiful when worn. The blouse features sheer, voluminous puff sleeves with a textured polka dot (or Swiss dot) pattern, a collared neckline, and a button-down front closure.
