Betsey Johnson Hearts Rhinestone Bib Necklace Signed Hollywood Romance Glamour

Valentine's Day can be all year if you're wearing this fun alluring necklace of multi-sized and multi-shaped rhinestones by Betsey Johnson. There's a main heart, large and in the center, and two hearts on either end of the bib plaque, but there are also round cut stones, emerald-cut stones a couple of micro-cut rhinestone bows.
