3/$13 Maxi dress w/ruffle sleeve w/elastic, has stretch in back

This maxi dress is very unique. It looks to be possible love letters or letters of travel of some sort. There are no tags at all on this dress. At best guess it’s a polyester with some stretch. Then you have the back with the elastic stretch that goes across the back. Padded chest. Can be worn off or on shoulders. 12.5 pit to pit 45in from top to bottom hem.
