Textured Brass Tone Stretch Bracelet

This bracelet is made of a brass tone metal and stretches instead of having an opening. For starters, the bracelet has a substantial weight to it. There are 2 elastic cords that weave through thin, vertical metal "bars" with a textured exterior. In pic 2 you can see there is a little extra room on the elastic, but that isn't very visible when the piece is being worn by a real person with a non-mannequin sized wrist.
