This is a vintage M.U.S.C.L.E. (Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere) figure of the character Ramenman (variant B) in green color. It is a collectible toy from the 1980s based on the Japanese manga and anime series Kinnikuman. The figure is approximately 2 inches tall and made of rubber. M.U.S.C.L.E. figures were produced by Mattel in the US, while the original Japanese versions were called Kinkeshi. Ramenman is character number 226 in the M.U.S.C.L.E. lineup.
