Vintage 80s‎ Scott McClintock Velvet bodice formal dress

Vintage 1980s Scott McClintock formal gown. This has a baroque, regency vibe with a fitted black velvet bodice with a deep neckline and puffy half sleeves. Full pleated skirt in a violet hombre color, featuring a black paisley pattern. Skirt is lined with tulle for volume. The back features a large removable purple satin bow. Back zip closure. Women’s size 8, runs on the small side. There are a few spots (underarm areas and on the back left side of the bodice mainly) where the velvet is a bit worn from rubbing. The areas still appear black, but can be seen in the right light. The last three pictures show these areas. Measurements when laid flat, doubled: 34” bust 28” waist 34-36” hips 31” skirt length
