So Houndstooth plus size pants with belt

My sister bought these a few years ago and never wore them. A clarification regarding size, They are a 24 in a PLUS size, NOT a 24 waist size. The pants still have part of the tag attached, so I know my sis never wore them, but they have been in storage for awhile and have some minor imperfections (for example, the size tag is slightly discolored).
