heidiuribe2be @nataliamak24 Yeah if you look at the pic with the waist measuring tape, it sits right at 15.5" or 31 but that's without stretching at all.

heidiuribe2be @nataliamak24 Yes measurements are layed flat. Standard thigh measurements are taken two inches below the crotch. And the leg opening was taken at the bottom of the pant leg layed flat also.
