Vintage 70s Victorian Style Lace Swiss Dot High Neck Long Sleeve Coctail Dress

Vintage, handmade dress from the 1970s in excellent condition. Still has the paper tag attached from the seamstress. No size or material tag; the dress is composed of soft peach colored polyester spandex type fabric and dreamy lace. Please see photos for measurements, it should fit like a modern small.
