The twirls on this are amazing! The smocking is super stretchy and comfortable and the dress is gorgeous and feminine. The color washes me out sadly so I am passing it on. Dress is midi length with elbow length sleeves and no pockets. The skirt is lined and the fabric is a cotton/linen blend. Good used condition with no visible flaws.

FYI this appears to be a 1X, rather than an XL, which is two sizes bigger than an XL (sizing goes XL, XXL, 1X)
