Vtg Express Jeans Size 9/10 SHORT Extreme Flare Distressed Light-Medium Blue Y2K

Sizing is 9/10 SHORT. Not petite. Ebay does not have a "Short" option. See all photos for condition and measurements. Sold as-is. Great shape overall, however there is a small cluster of light stains on one leg. I have stain remover on them currently- I can't guarantee they'll come all the way out but they'll be as-is or lighter.
