Dressy NWT Cache Sz L Black Lace Dress with Feather Cuffs

This dress is new with tags and extra buttons. The body of the dress is fully lined. It is mostly black lace. It has ostrich feather cuffs. Perfect for special occasions. Please note that the l feather cuffs are buttoned on and can be removed for laundering. This dress has thin shoulder pads that can be removed. Its color is truly black.
