Small size: Armpit to armpit measures 18" (laying flat) and shoulder seam to frontal hem measures: 32" The armpit to armpit measurements laying flat is approximately 20-21" for Size Large And the shoulder seam to the frontal hem for length is: 31" I do not see a fabric tag but my guess is it is cotton There is no stretch but the garment has ruffled tiers.
