BCBG winter white tiered corset dress

Chic strapless dress with tiered layers. Features an ostrich feathered hem and elegant design. Ideal for special events. This is vintage early 2000s I believe- purchased by my younger self, but never once worn. It was from a Nordstrom Half-yearly sale; and no belt was with it (NO BELT). Frankly, I think it’s better without the belt than with the belt, but you can always add a belt of choice- a black satin ribbon would pop! 😍 MSRP was $468; knowing my school/work life budget, and of course misunderstanding student loans- I think I paid probably just around $200 +/- “ish”
