White House, black market, studded, cloisonne floral patent statement belt

this belt is a shiny patent leather, which means the over layer is bonded onto the solid leather. It has a very large and fairly heavy Diamonte studded cause a black and white flower buckle. Marked a medium please see my measurement photos in excellent condition. There is one rhinestone missing. The patent leather is perfect.
