Incredible Late 1940s - Early 1950s Vintage Dress & Matching Hat - 3 piece set 🍒 Beautifully handmade fit & flare midi in sturdy mid-weight, crimson red jersey wool with iconic gathered & draped cross-bodice design, 3/4 dolman sleeves, underarm gussets, fitted waist, perfectly knife-pleated skirt, pinked seams, petite brass Talon zipper, and a self-facing belt featuring rhinestone-encrusted flowers on a black & white circular buckle with a lucite clasp. Coordinating felted-wool beret-style bow cap is hand-finished with salmon-pink grosgrain ribbon and labeled size 22. Bust 36" Waist 25" Length 41" Bodice 16" Skirt 25" + 3" finished hem for letting down or taking up Excellent condition: hat is a bit moth-nibbled (see photos) but overall minimal wear & no major flaws.
